Common Questions

How will I be billed?

Board and Box Orders: Full payment is due upon order placement to secure your order and the date.

 

Grazing Tables: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date and Grazing Table.

 

How do I pay? 

Venmo and Zelle payments are preferred. We also accept all major credit cards, with an added 3% processing fee.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

Boards, Boxes and Platters - Orders are custom and made to order.  We request a minimum of 48 hours depending on the size of order, the sooner the better. If you find yourself in need of a last minute order, just ask, we may be able to accommodate your order.  Same day RUSH order fee is $25.

Grazing Tables - at least two weeks, again, the sooner the better for our workload purposes.

 

Cancellations?

Boards/Boxes:   If you cancel your order 5 days prior to your date, a full refund will be provided. If you cancel your order 48 hrs prior, 50% of your total amount will be refunded. 0-1 day cancellations are ineligible for a refund.

 

Grazing Tables: Each grazing table we create is custom designed and carefully planned in advance, including pre-ordering specialty food items specifically for your event. Because of the time and resources involved, especially during high-demand seasons like weddings, we kindly ask for your understanding of the following policy:

  • Cancellations made 14+ days prior to the event: A 50% refund of the total invoice amount will be issued.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event: No refunds or credits will be given.

 

When you book with us, your date is reserved exclusively for you. We only book a limited number of events per day to ensure every table gets the attention to detail it deserves. This means we turn away other business once your booking is confirmed, to focus entirely on your event.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes!  Our Pre-Arranged Charcuterie Boards Are Delivered Directly To Your Door

 

  • Boards are hand-delivered and arrive beautifully arranged and ready to serve.  We currently only deliver in the Greater Chelan and Manson area.  Delivery free within a 10 mile radius.  $2 for each additional mile

  • Grazing With Love releases all responsibility to the recipient after the board has been safely delivered.  If ordering for someone else, please notify the recipient to be expecting a delivery from Grazing With Love during their scheduled delivery window  :)

Do you accommodate for special dietary needs?

Absolutely, we offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and pork-free options upon request and subject to additional fees.

 

Do the boards and boxes contain nuts?

All boards and boxes are NOT made in a nut free facility. Additionally, all of our boards include a variety of nuts.  If you have ANY severe allergies, please contact us via email before consuming any product, and refer to our menu for a list of ingredients.  Please be sure to make us aware of any allergies.  The health and safety of our clients is our #1 priority.

My board won't be served right away, how do I store it?

We recommend consuming your board the same day for ultimate freshness and flavor or within 24 hours.  Refrigerate your board/box as soon as possible if not immediately consuming. Keep your board/box refrigerated until about 30 minutes prior to serving. Bringing cheese to room temp is essential to help loosen up the fat, which allows the cheese a better texture and optimal flavor. To keep safe from bacterial growth and or spoilage, you should only keep your board/box/graze out for a max of 3 hours.
